If you have insurance then our work will be FREE of charge to you as your insurance company will pay us.  We can usually communicate directly with your motor insurer to manage the claim on your behalf.  We take away all the stress so that you don’t have any, repairing your windscreen and recovering your costs.

If you do not have this type of insurance, you still don’t need to worry; we can still repair it for the low cost of £80 plus Vat; this is far cheaper than having it replaced and will provide you with full peace of mind knowing that your windscreen is now safe and not liable to shatter.

Windscreen replacement costs

If we find that your windscreen cannot be practically repaired, we will have to replace it.  We will only do this once we have ascertained the position, size and type of damage.

The cost of your new windscreen will usually be covered by your motor insurance if you have fully comprehensive cover with glass/windscreen cover.  We will liaise with your motor insurance company on your behalf so you don’t need to worry about anything; let Vehicle Glass take the strain so that you don’t have to.

If you do need to pay for your new windscreen then we will save you 50% off the cost of your new glass compared to most of our major competitors.  We can replace glass in the front, rear and side windows.

Side window replacement costs

If one of your vehicle’s side windows are damaged, it will usually need to be replaced rather than repaired.  Again, your vehicle insurance should cover this so it should cost you nothing and you should not lose your No Claims Bonus or have to pay the excess.  If you are unsure, let us call your insurance company on your behalf.

Rear windscreen replacement costs

If a rear window is damaged it will typically need to be replaced rather than repaired.  Again, if you have insurance you should not have to pay anything, not even the insurance excess and your No Claims Bonus will not be impacted upon.  We take care of all paperwork and can liaise with your insurer on your behalf.
